We sat down with NYC Influencer and Entrepreneur, Reilly Krug, to dig deeper into her life and experiences.
Q: In your own words, who is Reilly?
A: Reilly is a 23-year-old entrepreneur who loves fashion, beauty, content creation, health & wellness.
Q: How are you defining happiness these days, and what makes you the happiest?
A: Happiness is feeling worthy of love, deserving of success, and proud of yourself and those around you. Recently, I have felt my happiest when I take a couple of hours each day for me, my health and my mental well-being. Happiness to me has also been spending time with those I love – my boyfriend, my best friends, my family, and my golden retriever puppy.

Q: What are you most excited about with life right now?
A: I would say I am most excited that I trusted my gut! After graduating a semester early last year in 2021, I took on a job opportunity that wasn’t for me – leading me to quit after 6-months (if you know, everyone says that’s a bad look and you should wait it out). The job wasn’t serving me, wasn’t allowing me to be creative, and definitely wasn’t a good fit for me.
With that being said, I decided to go against the grain of individuals my age and create my own business – which was a humbling experience, to say the least. Despite the mental and financial struggle that it caused me, I have recently taken on a new client under my Social Media Management, and it is single-handedly the greatest achievement I have made so far in my career.
Q: Who is your hero today? If we asked 10-year-old Reilly the same question, what would they say?
A: My hero today is my grandmother. My hero at 10 years old would probably be my grandmother or my parents.
Q: What are you most proud of yourself for?
A: Knowing my worth, following my heart, and trusting my gut!
Q: Who would play you in a movie based on your life?
A: A boss bitch! Maybe Nicole Kidman or Sandra Bullock.
Q: What’s the best advice you’ve ever received that you’d like to pass on?
A: Create a life where when you wake up each morning, you feel overwhelmingly grateful for the kind of life you are creating for yourself.
Q: What does giving back mean to you & and how can you use your platform to impact people and our planet?
A: Giving back to me means providing for a certain cause (something or someone) in a way that can lessen the isolation they are experiencing. I would love to use my platform to encourage my followers to give back and create fun interactive events to do so!
